Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight and destination of your shipment. UPS WILL NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES OR A.P.O.s. Most orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days.
UPS NEXT DAY AIR: Your merchandise will ship in 24-48 hours by UPS Next Day Air. You will receive a tracking email from UPS when the package ships. Please allow 24 hours for delivery.
UPS 2ND DAY AIR: Your merchandise will ship in 24-48 hours via UPS 2nd Day Air. You will receive a tracking e-mail from UPS when the package ships. Please allow 2 business days for transit.
UPS GROUND: Your merchandise will ship in 24-48 hours via UPS Ground. You will receive a tracking e-mail from UPS when the package ships. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
UPS INTERNATIONAL: Your merchandise will ship by UPS Standard International Service. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information from UPS when your package ships. Please allow one week for delivery.
USPS 1ST CLASS: Your merchandise will ship in 24-48 hours via USPS 1st Class Mail. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
USPS GLOBAL: Your merchandise will ship in 24-48 hours via USPS Global Priority. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
If you are returning an item, it must be new, unworn and unused, and we must receive the item back within 15 days of purchase. We strongly suggest using a trackable service to return merchandise to us, and we are not responsible for any returned merchandise lost in transit back to our location.
Once we get the item back to our location you will receive a refund for the item's price (no refund on shipping).
If you are exchanging an item for a different size, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us . We strongly suggest using a trackable service to return merchandise to us, and we are not responsible for any returned merchandise lost in transit back to our location.You will be re-charged for shipping when the new size is sent to you.
If you are returning defective merchandise, please notify us at the number below and we will send a call tag for the item (you will not pay shipping to send it back to us.) Once it is received back to us you will receive a full refund.

If an item is not in stock, it will not be available to purchase. The web site reflects what is in stock currently and there are no backorders. If an item/size/color is not available to purchase on the web site, it is not currently in stock. Please keep checking the web site for availability.
